Job summary

Indonesia Defence Services is seeking a Key Account Officer to maintain client relationships and coordinate project administration. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, ensuring smooth project execution, and serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in related fields, with fluent English and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project timelines and documentation with internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure contractual and administrative requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding project billing and payment milestones.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and project-related issues professionally.
• Maintain organized project and customer documentation.
• Prepare project reports and support management with project administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Preferably from a reputable University.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Project Coordination, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in a project-based industry.
• Proven experience managing corporate or government clients and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
• Good understanding of project administration, contract documentation, and project lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• English is a must, both outstanding in written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
