Job summary

SKINTIFIC in Indonesia is scaling its Modern Trade footprint and seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow a team of KAMs and AKAMs, setting the commercial agenda with national and regional MT partners and driving sustainable growth.

You will report to the Modern Trade leadership with exposure to global commercial direction, lead JBP planning, and steer negotiations, pricing, promotions, and in-store visibility to deliver peak performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Modern Trade/Key Account Management.
• 1–2 years of leadership exposure — formal team management or mentoring experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of KAMs/AKAMs/KAEs, shaping expansion.
• Set targets, priorities and execution standards to build a fast, owning culture.
• Own revenue growth and P&L outcomes across assigned MT partners.
