Job summary

SCARLETT Indonesia seeks a dynamic sales professional to fuel growth in modern trade across Jakarta and surrounding areas. You will manage key accounts, coordinate with store managers, and drive planful execution to expand distribution and hit targets in a fast-paced beauty market.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 3 years in Modern Trade, is proactive, adaptable, and ready to travel as needed to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade Channel.
• Willing to travel around respective area.
• Adaptive to fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
• Focus on process and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize sales in all modern trade segment (experience with Indomaret is a plus).
• Maintain good communication with store managers and national key accounts.
• Achieve designated targets: sales, distribution, availability, and new client targets.
• Help with execution of plans at ground/store level and handle complaints from clients and key accounts.
