Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure luxury-standard quality in every dish.
• Lead kitchen staff and mentor a dedicated culinary brigade.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance across all outlets.
• Design and execute menus highlighting Northern Italian cuisine and culinary heritage.
• Engage with guests to share stories behind the food and drive guest loyalty.
• Manage and develop staff, including direct reports, to improve performance and service.
