Responsibilities

• Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment, restocking items, and daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, practice clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Follow safety policies, report incidents, and complete safety training.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance, protect company assets.
• Welcome guests according to company standards and communicate professionally.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Adhere to quality expectations and read/verify information as needed.
• Stand, walk, or lift up to 50 lbs; perform other duties as requested.
