Job summary

Belloro at Jakarta Marriott is seeking an Italian Chef to lead the luxury kitchen and oversee day-to-day operations. You will craft authentic Northern Italian menus, manage and mentor the culinary team, and ensure top-tier sanitation and guest satisfaction in a high-end setting.

You will also engage guests in the dining room, sharing stories behind the dishes and upholding Belloro’s standards of hospitality and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have 4 years experience in culinary, food & beverage, or related professional area.
• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring authenticity and luxury-standard quality.
• Design and execute menus highlighting Northern Italian heritage.
• Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met.
• Engage guests in dining room and drive guest loyalty.
