Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major with 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure authenticity and luxury‑standard quality.
• Design and execute menus highlighting Italian heritage, especially Northern Italian traditions.
• Lead, train and mentor a local culinary team, maintaining high standards and teamwork.
• Maintain food handling, sanitation, and department budgets; ensure compliance with policies.
• Interact with guests to share the stories behind dishes and drive guest loyalty.
• Ensure timely preparation of high-quality dishes for service and events.
