Job summary

Sun Life in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced IT Security & Governance Lead to ensure security services meet SLAs and deadlines. You will mentor the security team, enforce policies, and coordinate audits and risk controls in a financial services environment.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with 3+ years in security leadership, multiple certifications, and strong communication with stakeholders across regions. This position is based in Jakarta with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of IT experience with minimum 3 years in IT Security and/or team leading experience.
• Certifications CEH, CHFI, ECIH, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, Six Sigma or other relevant standards are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day to day activities and development of IT security and governance team; provide high level consultation and guidance.
• Develop and maintain local IT security operating guidelines based on corporate policies and standards.
• Define and implement control, documentation and revalidation processes for system access rights provisioning and software licenses usage.
• Manage project coordination and reporting as part of project Security Review process.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate IT Security teams for alignment of Security Advisory activities, projects, and reporting.
• Formulate action plans, tracking, reporting and timely resolution of incidents, problems and audit findings.
• Coordinate with other IT stakeholders to support External and Internal Audit related to ITGC, ISO 27001 and internal audit in Information Security.
