Job summary

PT ASABA Digital Innotech is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Security Manager to lead cybersecurity strategy and governance in Jakarta. You will drive risk assessments, incident response, and business continuity planning while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

The role requires 7+ years in IT, 3+ years in management, and credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Minimum 7 years in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud security, IT governance, risk management, and network security.
• Direct experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC 2.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in overseeing cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and business continuity planning.
• Support compliance initiatives related to security frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into technology solutions and business processes.
• Assist in managing technology initiatives, vendor relationships, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and technology risks and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support team development through coaching, performance monitoring, and capability-building initiatives.
• Prepare and present technology and security reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to director & management.
