Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a seasoned IT Security & Governance professional to lead and mature security controls, access management, and audit readiness across the IT landscape in Indonesia. The role demands deep technical knowledge and collaboration with regional teams to ensure security posture aligns with corporate standards.

You will guide operational teams, manage budgets, and drive security initiatives that protect client data and regulatory compliance while enabling efficient IT

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science, with strong IT background and security focus.
• At least 5 years in IT, with minimum 3 years in IT Security and/or team leading experience, preferably in financial sector.
• Certifications in CEH, CHFI, ECIH, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, Six Sigma or similar are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities and development of the IT security and governance team, providing SME guidance to IT and business users.
• Define and implement accurate control, documentation and regular revalidation processes for all system access rights provisioning and software licenses usage.
• Manage project coordination and reporting as part of the project security review process.
• Support external and internal audits related to IT General Controls (ITGC), ISO 27001 and internal audits, specifically in information security.
