Sun Life Financial, Inc. in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned IT Security & Governance leader to ensure services meet SLA, drive project delivery within budget and schedule, and keep the team motivated and compliant.

You will develop operating guidelines, manage access provisioning, and coordinate audits with regional and corporate teams to strengthen information security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in computer-related field; 5+ years IT with 3+ in security or leadership.
• Certifications in CEH/CHFI/ECIH/CISM/CISSP or ITIL/Six Sigma preferable.
• Experience in financial sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead security programs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT security and governance activities and mentor the team.
• Develop and maintain local security operating guidelines aligned with policies.
• Define and enforce access provisioning and software license controls.
• Coordinate security project reviews and reporting with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on security advisories.
• Plan actions, track incidents, issues and audit findings.
• Support external and internal audits related to ITGC, ISO 27001 and internal controls.
