Job summary

VLink Inc in Jakarta seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. You will develop plans, budgets, risk registers, governance artifacts, and manage change requests while mentoring the PMO team and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management/PMO experience with multiple IT projects.
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance/financial services) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficient in governance, risk management, budgeting, reporting; familiar with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects throughout the lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance docs.
• Lead and mentor the IT Project Manager team and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues while monitoring progress.
• Ensure projects comply with PMO standards and governance requirements.
• Maintain documentation, governance artifacts, and portfolio tracking.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, and support audits and gate reviews.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive continuous improvement in PM practices.
