Job summary

MSBU Konsultan is urgently seeking a Project Management Officer to lead PMO activities for large-scale system implementations in Jakarta. The role requires strong planning, schedule management, RAID logging, and budget tracking across HR & Finance streams, with strict documentation and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate will maintain WBS, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths, and ensure timely reporting using JIRA, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
• Experience: Min. 3+ years PMO / project controls on large-scale system implementations.
• Proficiency in JIRA and report visualization tools (Power BI); advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain WBS, timelines, dependencies and critical paths; RAID logs; budget vs actuals, forecasts and burn rates.
• Delivery: Manage documentation, action trackers, and collaboration workflows; deadline-driven; strong stakeholder coordination.
• Language: Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency.
• MUST READY TO JOIN ASAP (WITHIN A WEEK AFTER PASSING THE SELECTION STAGE)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update integrated project plans, WBS, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths,
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall project status across HR & Finance workstreams,
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive follow-up to closure with owners,
• Track budget vs. actuals, forecasts, and burn rates; flag variances and support financial reporting cycles,
• Monitor schedule variance against baseline and escape slippage with impact and recovery options,
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting decks and dashboards for steering committee and project leadership,
• Maintain action trackers, decision logs, meeting minutes, and governance calendars,
• Manage project documentation, version control, and collaboration workflows (SharePoint/Teams/JIRA),
• Support resource tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and timesheet/effort consolidation,
• Coordinate with workstream leads and vendors to ensure consistent status inputs and data quality,
• Support cutover, go-live readiness tracking, and post-go-live stabilization reporting.
