Job summary

Referensiin_Aja seeks an experienced PMO/project controls professional for large-scale system implementations in Jakarta. You will maintain WBS, timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and track budget vs actuals while coordinating across HR and Finance workstreams.

The role requires 3+ years in PMO, strong JIRA and Power BI skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent Indonesian and English to ensure clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PMO/ project controls on large-scale system implementations.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Power BI; advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project or equivalents.
• Ability to maintain WBS, timelines, dependencies and critical paths; RAID logs; budget vs actuals, forecasts, burn rates.
• Delivery: document management, action trackers, collaboration workflows; deadline-driven; strong stakeholder coordination and communication.
• Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update integrated project plans, WBS, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall project status across HR & Finance workstreams.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive follow-up to closure with owners.
• Track budget vs. actuals, forecasts, and burn rates; flag variances and support financial reporting cycles.
• Monitor schedule variance against baseline and elevate slippage with impact and recovery options.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting decks and dashboards for steering committee and project leadership.
• Maintain action trackers, decision logs, meeting minutes, and governance calendars.
• Manage project documentation, version control, and collaboration workflows (SharePoint/Teams/JIRA).
• Support resource tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and timesheet/effort consolidation.
• Coordinate with workstream leads and vendors to ensure consistent status inputs and data quality.
• Support cutover, go-live readiness tracking, and post-go-live stabilization reporting.
