Job summary

Itron is seeking an IT Operations Specialist for its manufacturing site in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will manage enterprise applications, end-user computing, and production IT systems, aligning with ITIL practices and ServiceNow platform leadership.

Responsibilities include incident, problem, change, and service request management; maintaining CMDB, configuring networks, supporting Oracle EBS, CRM/HRIS integrations, and BI dashboards with Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information technology.
8+ years in IT infrastructure, manufacturing experience preferred.
ITILv4 Foundation/Specialist required; PMP/CCNA/VCP desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end IT operational support for enterprise applications and manufacturing environments.
Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes per ITIL; ensure SLA compliance.
Maintain technical documentation for workflows, reports, integrations, and configurations.
Administer and optimize ITSM platforms; manage ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Lead ITIL activities in ServiceNow, including Incidents, Requests, Changes, and Problems.
Support integration of ERP/CRM/HRIS and other apps using APIs and automation.
Maintain CMDB accuracy; map and audit hardware assets and dependencies.
Architect and manage factory-wide networks (LAN/VLAN/WLAN) for shop floor connectivity.
Manage IT procurement and lifecycle of hardware, software, and services.
