Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for office users and plant operations.
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for IT infrastructure (hosting, network) and applications.
• Support digital operations, documentation, and audit activities including internal and IATF compliance.
• Assist with system monitoring and network connectivity checks.
• Coordinate with the supervisor for IT budgeting requirements.
• Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation for IT processes and audits.
• Work closely with teams to ensure smooth IT operations in the manufacturing environment.
