Job summary

Itron in Bandung region is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to oversee IT service delivery for enterprise and manufacturing environments. The role focuses on ITIL-aligned processes, Windows administration, cloud integrations, and system provisioning across the factory site.

The candidate will maintain CMDB, support ERP/CRM integrations, and drive cost-effective IT operations with strong collaboration across IT and production teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, with supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• ITILv4 Foundation/Specialist mandatory; PMP/CCNA/VCP preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science or information technology.
• Fluency in Bahasa and English for global coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT operational support for enterprise apps and manufacturing environments.
• Manage ITIL processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Service Requests) per ITIL best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation for workflows, reports, and configurations.
• Administer ITSM platforms, dashboards, and reporting; lead ITIL activities in ServiceNow.
• Support integration of enterprise apps via APIs and automation; maintain CMDB.
• Architect and manage factory-wide networks (LAN/VLAN/WLAN) and procurement activities.
• Prepare and manage IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets and cost optimizations.
