Job summary

Synapsis is seeking an experienced Sales professional to develop and execute strategic plans for IT and IoT products in Jakarta. You will own targets, grow key accounts, and close deals while protecting profitability.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams, nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues through knowledge sharing and deal reviews. Willingness to travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT/IoT or tech sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing deals through full sales cycle.
• Working knowledge of IT and IoT products, customer use cases, and market trends.
• Ability to guide and support junior colleagues without formal management authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for IT and IoT products to achieve individual targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts, and manage prospects from initial contact through closing.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Guide junior sales colleagues through knowledge sharing, deal reviews, and day-to-day coaching, without formal people-management responsibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop proposals and share customer feedback.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Lead client negotiations and close deals while protecting profitability.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events; travel as needed.
