Job summary

ELUON is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to support clients across Indonesia, delivering onsite and remote IT services. You will implement and troubleshoot network, office, and warehouse IT systems, working with major vendors and multiple sites, including Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network support, or system implementation.
• Experience in office, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments is preferred.
• CCNA/Fortinet/Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English for technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to perform IT installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities
• Respond to customer incidents and service requests in a timely manner
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations to customers
• Coordinate with customer IT teams and third-party vendors
• Install, Configure & Maintain network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewall, AP, cabling)
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
• Configure VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network security settings
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage Windows PCs and meeting room equipment
• Support user account administration and endpoint security
• Perform software installation, upgrades, and patch management
• Install and maintain warehouse/factory IT infrastructure (Barcode scanners, CCTV)
• Coordinate infrastructure deployment and upgrades at operational sites
• Participate in office setup, relocation, network migration, and deployment projects
• Prepare project documentation and reports

We are Seeking a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to be placed for our partner BLUZEN to provide onsite and remote IT support for our customers across Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, office IT systems, and factory/warehouse IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Site Support

Visit customer sites to perform IT installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities

Respond to customer incidents and service requests in a timely manner

Participate in office setup, relocation, network migration, and infrastructure deployment projects

Conduct site surveys and prepare implementation plans

Perform system testing, commissioning, and user acceptance support

Prepare project documentation and reports

Monitoring & Maintenance

Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks

Monitor infrastructure performance and availability

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and assets

Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network support, or system implementation

Experience in office, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments is preferred

Have good knowledge in technical skill for Network, IT Systems (SW/HW), Infrastructure

Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Ubiquiti, Grandstream, Synology, or similar solutions

Experience in IT project implementation and site deployment

Possession of CCNA, Fortinet, or Microsoft certifications is an advantage

Ability to communicate in English for technical discussions and reporting

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Able to work independently and manage multiple customer sites

Willing to travel frequently within Jakarta and other regions of Indonesia

Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is preferred
