Job summary

Asiacruit BPO, Inc. is seeking an L2 IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support advanced infrastructure in a large-scale environment. You will troubleshoot, restore services, and administer Linux-based platforms across servers, storage, GPU systems, Kubernetes, and Slurm.

The role requires 4–7 years of IT infrastructure experience, strong Linux skills, and the ability to work in a 24×7 onsite shift-based environment. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related roles.
• Strong hands-on Linux experience and server administration.
• Experience with GPU servers, Slurm, Kubernetes, and storage platforms.
• Proven troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
• Experience with scripting or automation for operations tasks.
• Knowledge of ITSM, incident and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of infrastructure incidents.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting infrastructure services.
• Support service restoration and recovery of production systems.
• Administer and maintain assigned infrastructure platforms.
• Support Linux servers, GPU servers, storage systems, Kubernetes/K8s, Slurm.
• Troubleshoot server, OS, firmware, driver, and infrastructure issues.
• Execute approved infrastructure changes per change management.
• Use scripting and automation to aid troubleshooting and operations.
• Manage incidents, changes, and operational activities via ITSM.
• Coordinate with vendors and specialist teams during complex incidents.
• Provide escalation and detailed troubleshooting updates to teams.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance and document procedures.
