Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer (L2) to join our large-scale tech environment in Indonesia. You will handle advanced troubleshooting, production system restoration, and infrastructure administration across servers, storage, GPU systems, and Kubernetes/K8s.

You will coordinate with vendors and specialist teams, perform approved changes, and push automation to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Engineering, Platform Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems and infrastructure.
• Experience supporting GPU servers, storage, Kubernetes/K8s, Slurm, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
• Experience with scripting or automation for infra tasks.
• Good understanding of ITSM, incident and change management.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift-based onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of infrastructure incidents.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting services.
• Support service restoration and recovery of production systems.
• Administer and maintain assigned infrastructure platforms.
• Support Linux servers, GPU servers, storage systems, Kubernetes/K8s, Slurm.
• Troubleshoot server, OS, firmware, and driver issues.
• Execute approved infra changes per change management.
• Use scripting and automation to support ops tasks.
• Manage incidents, changes, and ITSM processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and specialist teams during complex incidents.
• Provide escalation and detailed troubleshooting to relevant teams.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
