Qualificações

• Degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
• 13+ years of proven auditing experience; hybrid IT and business audit skills.
• IT audit certifications (CIA, CISA, CEH, ISO auditor, CISM, CISSP) preferred; plus CAMS/CPA/FRM.
• Intermediate to advanced data analytics expertise.
• Experience testing automated controls.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Internal Audit competency framework knowledge.
• Deep understanding of business, risks and related controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of highly complex audits, supervising planning, fieldwork, reporting and debriefing.
• Drive digital enablement of Internal Audit with data analytics and continuous monitoring.
• Manage team members and support their development.
• Coordinate with HBID and GIA stakeholders; escalate issues to Country Head and resolve.
• Apply expert judgement to develop audit approaches and solutions.
• Assist Country Audit Head with annual risk assessment and audit plan.
• Execute and document risk-based continuous monitoring across assigned areas.
