HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a senior internal audit leader in Jakarta to guide the delivery of highly complex audits, including IT and non-IT scopes. The role emphasizes data analytics and continuous monitoring to strengthen risk assessment and controls across HSBC’s local and global platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring 13+ years in audit or accounting, hybrid IT/business expertise, and advanced cybersecurity knowledge.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
• 13+ years of auditing, business, or accounting experience.
• Hybrid IT and business audit skills with IT governance & cybersecurity know-how.
• Professional IT audit certifications are preferred (CIA, CISA, CEH, ISO auditor, CISM, CISSP).
• Data analytics expertise and experience testing automated controls.
• Fluent in English, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of highly complex audits including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and debriefing.
• Drive digital enablement of Internal Audit and analytics enhancement.
• Manage team members and develop their skills.
• Engage with key stakeholders across HBID and GIA verticals; escalate issues as needed.
• Apply professional judgment to develop audit approaches and solutions.
• Support annual risk assessment and audit planning.
• Execute risk-based continuous monitoring and participate in risk forums.
