Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a senior IT auditor to lead engagements assessing governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and internal controls. You will implement ITGC recommendations, collaborate across IT and business units, and drive automation for continuous monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT Audit, a CISA credential, and fluency in English, with strong communication and project management skills to report to board-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on IT Audit experience with proven ability to plan and execute IT Audit Programs.
• CISA Certification.
• Strong understanding of GRC principles (Governance, Risk & Control).
• Proficiency in data analytics, audit tools, and technology-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements to assess governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and internal controls.
• Provide recommendations on ITGCs, IT infrastructure, applications, data management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to track and close audit recommendations.
• Leverage data analytics and automation to improve audit coverage and insights.
• Drive audit automation initiatives and continuous monitoring systems.
