HSBC Indonesia's Global Internal Audit team is seeking a senior professional to lead complex audits, including IT and non-IT domains, in support of risk management and governance. The role emphasizes digital enablement, data analytics, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic banking environment.

The position demands 13+ years of auditing experience, professional IT audit certifications, and the ability to develop teams while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 13 years in auditing, banking or public accounting.
• Hybrid IT and business audit skills with IT governance and cybersecurity.
• Professional IT audit certifications (CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred.
• Strong data analytics capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of highly complex audits by supervising planning, fieldwork, reporting and debriefing per AIM, covering IT and non-IT audits.
• Lead the digital enablement of Internal Audit, enhancing data analytics for audits and continuous monitoring, and mentor DA-skilled colleagues.
• Manage team members and support their development to meet IA objectives.
• Manage stakeholders across HBID and GIA verticals, supervise audit stages and resolve escalations with the Country Head.
• Apply professional knowledge to understand the business and craft suitable audit approaches.
• Support the Country Audit Head with annual risk assessment and audit plan formation per risk outcomes and local regulations.
• Execute risk-based continuous monitoring of assigned audit areas, engaging relevant risk forums and staying updated on industry topics.
