HuntHire is seeking a Head of Risk Management & Internal Audit in Jakarta to lead the organization’s risk and internal audit functions. The role focuses on strengthening risk frameworks, internal controls, and governance, while delivering management clear insights into key business risks and improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of risk and audit with strong stakeholder management, business judgment, and the ability to build practical risk and control

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit.
• Managerial or leadership experience in risk, audit, governance, or internal controls.
• Strong understanding of ERM, internal audit, internal controls, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of the enterprise risk management framework.
• Establish and improve risk management policies, methodologies, and procedures.
• Identify and assess strategic, operational, financial, technology, and compliance risks.
• Maintain risk register and risk appetite framework; monitor indicators.
• Lead internal audit and develop annual risk-based audit plan.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, finance and other functions.
• Provide independent assessments of processes and control environments.
• Develop and monitor remediation progress and management action plans.
