Job summary

PT Pacific Indomas, the corporate office for Pacific Group Indonesia, invites an experienced Internal Auditor to join our Medan operations. You will assess financial and operational processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure policy adherence across manufacturing and trading activities.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with SAP FICO experience, strong data analytics, and fluency in English. Placement is Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM 2), on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies, plans and procedures set by management are followed.

• Plan and conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes.
• Follow up on internal audit findings and remediation progress.
• Share audit insights to prevent fraud and strengthen controls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that policies, plans and procedures that have been previously determined by management are adhered to.
• Assessing goodness, developing control effectively at a reasonable cost, also knowing whether or not the control system is good, both internal control, management control and other Operational Controls.
• Ensure that company assets are accounted for and protected from occurrence such as loss, fraud, misuse, theft and so forth.
• Submit various suggestions in order to improve the company's operational system to be more effective and efficient.
• Plan and execute internal audit activities for financial and operational processes.
• Follow up Operation Audit Findings and completion progress.
• Sharing to operation about prevent fraud & Optimum Control based on Operation Audit Findings.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of refinery manufacturing processes and operations, including production processes, cost structures, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with Accounting software SAP for FICO, MM, SD Module is a MUST.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and a passion for data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful narratives.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good Organizational and deadlines management skills.
