Booming Games is seeking a Senior Account Manager based in Gibraltar to serve as the primary liaison between the company and key operator accounts. You will drive revenue growth and ensure client needs are met through close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.

You will lead negotiations, develop strategic plans for 12–24 months, and manage performance against budgets and forecasts. This role offers a remote-first environment with global opportunities and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Account Manager (B2B) or Casino Manager in iGaming.
• Fluency in English required; other languages a plus.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming market.
• Ability to negotiate renewals and commercial terms with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of operator accounts end to end.
• Build relationships from casino teams to C-level decision makers.
• Lead commercial negotiations including renewals, exclusives, and branded deals.
• Develop strategic account plans with revenue targets and 12–24 month horizon.
• Be accountable for revenue growth and report on performance vs budget.
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including new releases and markets.
• Agree joint marketing plans to improve game placement and visibility.
• Run quarterly business reviews with senior operator stakeholders.
• Be the voice of the customer with Product, Marketing, BI and Compliance.
• Anticipate risks and resolve issues to protect relationships.
• Mentor other Account Managers and raise team standards.
• Represent Booming Games at client visits and trade shows.
