Job summary

Jasnikom Gemanusa is seeking an experienced Solution Architect Unit Head to lead our solution architecture and technical presales team. The role focuses on developing competitive ICT solutions, leading tender and proposal efforts, and driving profitable business growth by meeting customer requirements and budgets.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in ICT/telecom, 3+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of connectivity, enterprise networking, SD-WAN, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ICT, telecommunications, networking, system integration, solution architecture, or technical presales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or managerial roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of connectivity solutions, including Fiber Optic (FO), VSAT, Radio Link, and Broadband Wireless Access (BWA).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, IP networking, SD-WAN, routing and switching, and ICT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in technical proposal development, tender management, solution costing, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to design integrated connectivity solutions based on customer requirements, site conditions, availability targets, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on solution quality, tender success, and profitability.
• Preferred: Knowledge or experience in Surveillance Systems (CCTV, IP cameras), Video Management System (VMS), Access Control System (ACS), Radio Trunking, or Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end ICT solutions, including connectivity, network infrastructure, system integration, and managed services.
• Lead technical presales activities, including tender analysis, technical proposals, solution presentations, and proof of concept.
• Ensure solution designs meet customer requirements, technical standards, implementation feasibility, and commercial targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Procurement, and Project Operations to improve tender competitiveness and project profitability.
• Develop standardized solution portfolios, technical documentation, and strategic partnerships with technology principals and vendors.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Solution Architecture team.
