Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking an HVAC technician to perform maintenance, installation, commissioning and service activities for clients. You will diagnose and repair water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, ensure safety, and uphold high service standards.

Travel to customer sites, follow manuals, document results, and contribute to the company’s image in the industry while delivering reliable HVAC solutions and building efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, general servicing activities.
• Conducts routine communications with customers to address and meet customers needs, service team and subcontractors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect clients' current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Able to perform and deal with Water Cooled Chillers and Air-Cooled Chillers, a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor-compression.
• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items.
• As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service

What you will do

How you will do it

• Travel to customers residency in a timely and professional manner.
• To perform installation, testing and commissioning, contract maintenance service, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning equipment in accordance with Installation Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Service Manuals, Work Instructions, good trade practices.
• Diagnosing HVAC systems with electrical and mechanical defects.
• Adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety.
• To ensure above jobs are carried out in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with instruction given.
• Upon completion, proper testing shall be carried out and relevant results shall be documented and submitted accordingly.
• To project and upkeep Company image in the industries at all time.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
