Formación

• Degree or equivalent in HSES related field
• 7-8 years of HSE experience within the energy industry
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with company, facility, and project-specific HSES terms, requirements, and deliverables
• Maintain key competencies associated with the HSES function
• Trained and experienced ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, or 45001)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and other online apps
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead implementation, and ensure HSE Management System (HSE-MS) aligned with corporate, legislative, and client requirements
• Develop an integrated approach to HSES Risk Management process
• Participate and provide inputs to ensure mitigating controls remain suitable
• Develop and implement HSES plans, procedures, and instructions per Contract
• Manage, monitor, and advise on all matters related to HSES
• Provide technical and commercial support during tendering stage
• Establish KPI's, monitor compliance, and identify trends
• Plan and execute internal and external HSES Audits and compliance programs
• Complete subcontractor/vendor HSES pre-qualification and bid evaluation
• Follow-up closeout and maintain HSES actions
• Prepare HSES budget and ensure compliance
• Engage in professional development to lead HSES changes
• Supervise HSES personnel for competency development
• Lead Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis
• Proactive client interface
• Guide production of HSES information, training, and awareness material
• Develop and maintain Emergency Procedures
• Maintain high standard of safe working practice and productivity
• Coordinate Project HSES activities
• Conduct business travel as needed
• Communicate with management on HSE issues
• Present or justify HSE performance to management
