Job summary

TERA Data Centers seeks a seasoned HSE professional to lead health, safety and environmental efforts on Indonesia projects. You will develop plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance across construction and commissioning activities.

The role demands NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001/14001 lead audit experience, 5+ years in HSE, and strong English; Mandarin is a plus. You will mentor a team and drive ALARP to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science or HSE discipline.
• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ HSE experience in construction/installation.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to develop and implement HSE plans and procedures.
• Experience with SSOW/JSAs/Risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal and Local Laws and HSE Regulations.
• Promote safe design and ALARP principles across projects.
• Define HSE objectives and implement risk-based controls.
• Lead HSE audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Develop welfare, emergency plans and site HSE procedures.
