Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a smart Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead HSE programs for data centre construction projects. You will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety and environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in construction scheduling, experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Procore, and a proven track record delivering mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical facility projects.
• Bachelor’s and advanced degree in related fields (PM/Construction Management/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Strong proficiency with scheduling and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HSE programs and policies for data centre construction.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and implement control measures.
• Develop and deliver HSE training for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and audits; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
