Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (MEP) to lead MEP design and construction for data center projects in Batam. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and water systems, ensuring performance and compliance with standards.

The role requires a strong technical background, field experience, and leadership to coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 7+ years in MEP design/construction, with 5+ years in data centers or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE and IEC standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools and project management platforms.
• PE license or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design review and installation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, water systems).
• Ensure systems meet reliability, redundancy, cooling capacity, and energy efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP into building design.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety and specs compliance.
• Manage MEP contractors and review shop drawings and method statements.
• Support testing and commissioning of MEP systems and document results.
