mr. d.i.y. indonesia is looking for an experienced HSE professional to lead health, safety and environment initiatives at our Kawasan Marunda (Bekasi) site.

You will develop and monitor HSE policies, ensure compliance with ISO 45001, and drive risk assessments across warehousing operations. Responsibilities include supporting MSS standards, incident investigations, and bridging operational teams with the HSE function to achieve Zero Accidents and strong KPI results.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an HSE role in logistics or safety management.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or mechanical/electrical in warehousing.
• Familiarity with ALARP, incident investigation and risk assessment.
• Expert in risk management and hazard analysis; experience implementing occupational health and safety (K3).
• Experience in Logistics Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Strong HSE data analysis, communication skills, and knowledge of local/international regulations.
• Able to report and present to management individually or in teams.
• Diploma required; prefer Occupational Safety and Health or Eng.
• AK3 Umum and AK3 Listrik certifications.
• ISO 45001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certifications.
• Basic First Aid & Basic Fire Fighter certifications.
• Business-level English.
• Job placement in Kawasan Marunda (Bekasi).

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policy, programs, and procedures.
• Support Warehouse Operations regarding Safety and MSS to achieve Zero Accidents.
• Integrate Health, Safety & Environment assurance in all projects, aligning HSE DSC standards with HSE Procedure standards and implementation at workplaces.
• Act as an interface between operations and the Effective Operations Department.
• Ensure and support operations in complying with HSE requirements and regulations in all coverage areas.
• Be responsible and accountable for supporting operations to achieve HSE Warehouse Operations KPIs.
• Integrate Health, Safety, and Environment assurance in all coverage areas.
• Actively and effectively interface between operations and the Operations Department.
