Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking a seasoned HSE professional to lead health, safety, and environmental efforts in its Bekasi operations.

The role focuses on developing and implementing HSE policy, ensuring compliance, and driving zero-accident objectives within a logistics-driven environment. The candidate will bridge HSE standards with operational procedures, coordinate with the Operations and Effective Operations departments, and contribute to KPI achievement across coverage areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years work experience in HSE within a Logistics Supply Chain company or Safety Management.
• Knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or Mechanical Electrical in warehousing processes.
• Familiarity with ALARP methodology, incident investigation, and risk assessment.
• Expert in managing risk, hazards analysis, and implementing occupational health and safety (K3) organizations.
• Experience in a Logistics Supply Chain company is an advantage.
• Understanding of HSE data analysis, communication, and local/international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policy, programs, and procedures.
• Support Warehouse Operations regarding Safety and MSS to achieve Zero Accidents.
• Integrate HSE assurance across projects and align DSC standards with procedures.
• Interface between operations and the Effective Operations Department.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and regulations across coverage areas.
• Support operations to achieve HSE Warehouse Operations KPIs.
• Interface between operations and the Operations Department.
