Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our Bekasi warehouse operations. The role focuses on developing and enforcing policies, implementing MSS, and driving zero-accident objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HSE within logistics, strong knowledge of MHE and electrical safety, and proven experience with ALARP, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years work experience in an HSE role within a Logistics Supply Chain company or Safety Management.
• Knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or Mechanical Electrical in warehousing processes.
• Familiarity with ALARP methodology, incident investigation, and risk assessment.
• Expert in managing risk, hazards analysis, and implementing occupational health and safety (K3) organizations.
• Experience in a Logistics Supply Chain company is an advantage.
• Strong HSE data analysis, communication skills, and knowledge of regulations and local culture.
• Ability to produce reports and present to management individually or in teams.
• Diploma minimum, preferably in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Certified AK3 Umum or equivalent, and AK3 Listrik.
• Certified ISO 45001 & Internal Auditor.
• Certified in Basic First Aid & Basic Fire Fighter.
• Business-level proficiency in English.

• Support Warehouse Operations regarding Safety and Minimum Safety Standards (MSS) to achieve Zero Accidents.
• Integrate Health, Safety & Environment assurance in all projects, bridging and aligning HSE DSC standards with HSE Procedure standards and implementation at workplaces.
• Act as an interface between operations and the Effective Operations Department.
• Ensure and support operations in complying with HSE requirements and regulations in all coverage areas.
• Be responsible and accountable for supporting operations to achieve HSE Warehouse Operations KPIs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ALARP methodology, incident investigation, and risk assessment.
• Expert in managing risk management, analyzing potential hazards of work accidents and work-related diseases, and experienced in implementing occupational health and safety (K3) organizations in the work area.
• Experience in a Logistics Supply Chain company is an advantage.
• Fair understanding of analyzing HSE data, HSE communication skills, and knowledge of local/international regulations and local culture.
• Accustomed to making work reports and presentations to management both individually and in teams.
• Minimum Diploma degree in any discipline, preferably in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Certified AK3 Umum (HSE General Expert) or equivalent, and AK3 Listrik (HSE Electrical Expert).
• Certified in ISO 45001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor.
• Certified in Basic First Aid & Basic Fire Fighter.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
