Job summary

Diageo Bali is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to be the first line of contact for HR inquiries, resolving queries with high quality and accuracy using Workday and related systems. You will manage incoming calls and emails, coordinating with HR colleagues to provide excellent customer experience.

You will guide employees and managers through People Processes in Bahasa Indonesia and English, ensuring compliance and timely resolution in a high-paced Shared Services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR is desirable.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment advantageous.
• Excellent customer experience essential.
