Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, support leaders with effective people solutions, and foster a high‑performing culture aligned with policy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and people management practices.
• Proven experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Lead talent acquisition activities to attract, assess, and retain high-quality employees.
• Develop and coordinate learning, training, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Oversee performance management processes and promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, company policies, and best HR practices.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support workforce planning and informed business decisions.
