You will drive HRIS initiatives (including Workday) and oversee compensation and benefits management to align with local market practices and regulatory requirements.

You will lead the design and implementation of strategic HR programs, ensure compliance with prevailing laws, and collaborate with regional HR to harmonize HR policies and processes across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS and related technologies.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
