International Justice Mission is seeking an HR Director, Asia Pacific, to drive strategic HR initiatives across ten countries. You will lead policy development, regional HR programs, and the implementation of global systems while ensuring local labor law compliance and strong partnerships with regional leaders.

This role requires a Master’s in HR or related field, 10+ years of experience in global organizations, and expertise in Workday and HR analytics.

Formación

• Master's qualification in HR or related field; SHRM-SCP or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience in complex, global orgs.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday; strong budgeting and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in regional leadership strategic planning and align HR with business goals.
• Lead regional HR policy development ensuring compliance with global standards and local laws.
• Implement global HR systems and processes (salary reviews, performance, engagement) for APAC.
• Partner with external vendors and regional leaders to support HR operations.
• Mentor country HR leaders to enhance capacity and effectiveness.
• Ensure regional compliance, risk management, and data-driven HR decision making.
