The candidate will oversee a large workforce, enforce SOPs, and drive quality inspections while managing budgets and inventories to sustain exceptional service standards for luxury guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience in luxury settings.
• Experience managing large housekeeping teams across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and villas.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality audits to preempt issues.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, checklists, and budgets for housekeeping.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development across multiple properties.
• Control linen, amenities, equipment, and chemical supplies to optimize costs.
