Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and public areas across luxury properties in Ubud, Bali. This hands-on leader will ensure zero-defect cleanliness and high service standards across guest rooms, villas, and public spaces.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience, with 2–3 years in supervisory roles within 4/5-star environments, managing 100–200+ staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (minimum).
• 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including 2–3 years in Supervisor/Manager level within luxury properties.
• Experience supervising large teams (100–200+ employees) across multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards, laundry operations, inventory and chemical handling.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce SOPs, conduct quality inspections, and manage costs.
• Hands-on leadership; ability to conduct property walk-throughs and staff coaching.
• Excellent English communication; willing to work on-site in Ubud, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping, laundry, and public areas operations across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms, villas, and public spaces.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality audits to resolve issues.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs, checklists, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to keep facilities in top condition.
• Lead and develop a large housekeeping team across properties.
• Deliver regular training on standards, safety, and guest service.
• Manage budgets, linen inventories, and cleaning supplies.
• Monitor turnover and inventory to optimize costs without compromising service.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.
