Job summary

VIA.com, Jakarta, seeks a Senior Leisure & Travel Services professional to develop and manage travel products and packages within its Holiday business. You will coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, attractions, and other partners to secure competitive products and rates, prepare quotations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

You will build strong supplier relationships, support growth strategies, monitor performance, and report on sales and product activity while collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or leisure.
• Experience in product development and holiday package management.
• Knowledge of holiday packages, leisure travel products, and travel operations.
• Experience with hotels, airlines, DMCs, travel agents, or tour operators.
• Familiarity with package costing, quotations, and supplier negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience with European destinations or travel arrangements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize holiday packages, tour itineraries, and travel products.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, attractions, and other travel partners to secure competitive products and rates.
• Prepare quotations, package costing, and travel proposals for customers and business partners.
• Ensure smooth operational execution of holiday bookings and travel arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Support the implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer and partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product performance, and business activities.
