Hanara International Connect seeks a Senior Series & Incentives Tour Product & Operation leader to develop and launch innovative tour products that meet market demand and client objectives. You will manage the full operational cycle of tour programmes, including itinerary planning, vendor coordination and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and profitability.

Leading a team of tour coordinators, you will oversee budgeting, pricing strategies and supplier relationships to secure competitive rates

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in tour operations, product management or incentive travel management.
• Proven ability to develop and launch tour products.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and logistics.
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and profitability.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
