Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a High Voltage Field Service Engineer to ensure installation and functioning of HV and protection equipment, in line with contracts, quality standards, and safety schedules.

The role requires 5–10 years of HV equipment commissioning experience with offshore exposure, valid local certifications, and strong MS Office skills to manage projects and coordinate with OEMs and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 5-10 years' experience in HV equipment and Protection equipment commissioning projects with offshore experience.
• Must possess all necessary Certifications/Licenses from relevant local Authorities, to carry out HV Projects (150 kV ~ 500 kV).
• Experience implementing safe systems of work, subcontractor management, and proficiency with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive project progress and ensure HV equipment and protection equipment are installed and functioning per contract and safety standards.
• Lead coordination with OEMs, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Maintain compliance with local authorities and safety regulations for HV installations.
• Provide on-site leadership and technical guidance during commissioning activities and handovers.
