Job summary

TOPSTRETCHING® operates busy gym facilities in Bali. The Gym Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring staff performance, equipment upkeep, and member satisfaction.

You will monitor costs, manage resources and inventory, implement SOPs, handle member concerns, and work with Management to develop operational strategies that raise service quality and align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day gym operations across all departments.
• Maintain high levels of staff performance, facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and member satisfaction.
• Monitor operational costs, resources, inventory, and SOPs; handle member concerns and issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments and report operational matters to Management.
• Develop operational strategies to improve internal processes and service quality.
• Ensure professional and high-quality experience for members and guests.
