SOMA Fight Club in Bali is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead all operations, drive profitability, and nurture a vibrant community. The role oversees coaching facilities, nutrition services, and member experiences, with strong emphasis on leadership and cross‑department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in general management, budgeting, and multi‑team guidance, and is based in Bali or willing to relocate. Fluency in English is preferred for community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior operations leadership role (fitness, hospitality, or F&B background is a plus).
• Strong financial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Confident people leader with experience managing multi-department teams.
• Commercially driven with a track record in business development and revenue growth.

• Lead strategic direction across all departments, ensuring cohesive operations aligned with SOMA's vision and goals.
• Manage financial resources — budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and reporting to drive profitability.
• Oversee staff performance, mentor department heads, and maintain the highest standards of facility cleanliness and hygiene.
• Direct marketing efforts including digital marketing, community engagement, and brand partnerships to fuel business growth.
• Drive new business initiatives — retreats, café/bar concepts, and merchandise — to grow ancillary revenue streams.
• Build strong member communication and retention strategies to keep the SOMA community engaged and growing.

The facility offers elite coaching in boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu, supported by strength and conditioning, recovery services, and fight-specific nutrition for all levels, from beginners to professionals. Shaped by a global community, SOMA brings together coaches, athletes, creatives, and travelers through fight camps, retreats, events, and stay-and-train experiences. The custom-built space features a competition-size ring, performance gym, recovery areas, an on-site café, and an active fight calendar to support the full journey from first session to fight night.
