Grover L.p. is seeking a Sr. Marketing Strategy Manager to join our Growth & Marketing team. You will act as the analytical backbone, owning data strategy, tooling onboarding, and reporting across channels to drive efficient customer acquisition.

The role requires deep analytics experience in e-commerce, ownership of analytics-driven decisions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and data self-service capability.
• Deep analytics experience in a Marketing or Commercial function.
• Proven track record of impacting marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing data strategy, onboard new tooling, and refresh MMM/MTA with an external partner.
• Build monitoring framework to turn channels into actionable insights.
• Drive analysis across Growth & Marketing to answer key business questions.
• Understand marginal CAC and optimize spend across channels.
