The candidate will own growth OKRs, lead campaigns across paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, digital strategy, e-commerce, or related roles.
• Strong experience in online growth channels, campaign strategy, and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, experimentation, and performance modeling.
• Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end from strategy to execution.
• Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or marketplace is a plus.
